MTRC is a technology company in Estero, Florida. MTRC.tech leads technology for organizations that need a senior person in charge of it. MTRC.studio designs and builds software and web platforms. Both are led by Michael Hines, who is involved in every engagement.
Michael Hines, founder
For more than twenty years Michael has designed, built, and run the technology that businesses depend on: network and systems architecture, cloud platforms, software, and the teams and budgets behind them. He has led departments without stepping away from the engineering.
At InterLink Consulting he designed the network and systems architecture for more than fifty clubs, communities, and businesses, and built the firm's managed services program. From 2015 to 2025 he led technology at STOCK Development, an independently owned real estate developer with about 400 employees, finishing as director of technology services. He founded MTRC.studio in 2025 and cofounded Recip.club in 2026.

Work backward from the objective. Every project starts with what you want to achieve. When the budget can't meet the objective, that gap is settled at the start, not at delivery.
