Terms

Information about MTRC, MTRC.tech, MTRC.studio, and our products, and a way to contact us. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

The site describes how we work and what we've seen. It isn't technical, security, legal, insurance, or financial advice for your organization. Decisions about your systems should be made with someone who knows them, which is the conversation we'd like to have.

Use it lawfully. Don't try to break, overload, or get around its security; don't scrape it in bulk or copy it to pass off as your own; and don't send anything through the contact form that is unlawful, harmful, or isn't yours to send.

The text, design, images, and code on the site belong to MTRC or to those who licensed them to us. MTRC, MTRC.tech, MTRC.studio, the reading mark, and our product names are our marks. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; anything more needs our written permission.

The site links to other sites, including our products' own. We don't control them, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it's complete, current, error-free, or always online.

To the extent the law allows, MTRC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to $100. This doesn't limit anything in a signed agreement between us.

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes about the site go to the state or federal courts for Lee County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using the site after a change means you accept it.

Use the contact form, or write to MTRC, 10000 Arcos Ave, Estero, FL 33928.
