This policy covers mtrc.io and the MTRC.tech and MTRC.studio pages on it. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
mtrc.io is run by MTRC, a technology company in Estero, Florida ("MTRC," "we," "us"). MTRC.tech and MTRC.studio are parts of MTRC.
What we collect
What you send us
When you use the contact form: your name, organization, email, phone (if you give it), what it's about, and your message, along with the page you came from.
How you use the site
Pages you visit, how you got here, your general location (city or region, from your IP address), your browser and device, and how you move through a page: scrolling, clicks, and time on page.
Cookies
Small files our analytics and HubSpot tools place in your browser so they can recognize a returning visit and connect a form submission to the pages that led to it.
We don't ask for payment details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information on this site.
Why we use it
- To answer you and follow up on what you asked about.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren't.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for others to advertise to you.
Who handles it for us
These providers process information on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies:
- HubSpot: receives contact form submissions and keeps our contact records. Its tracking code sets cookies that connect your visits to a submission.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: measure visits and how the site is used.
- Microsoft Clarity: records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling, and session replays, so we can find what's confusing. What you type into forms is masked from those recordings.
- Vercel: hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Your choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics: Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site.
- Your information: you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say what you'd like; we'll confirm it's you before we act.
How long we keep it
Contact records stay in HubSpot for as long as we have a working relationship, and are deleted when you ask or when they're no longer needed. Analytics data is kept under each provider's retention settings.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
When this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
